HR Talent Aquisition Technician with Spanish

About a role:
The main purpose of this role is to support the Recruitment team in order to ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely execution of operational tasks related to recruitment processes, in compliance with defined deadlines and internal procedures. This includes updating the status of processes and candidates in Oracle, as well as the publication of job offers in this and other recruitment tools, including offers for university and vocational students. This position also involves basic pre- screening of CVs submitted for the different selection processes, plus administrative tasks associated with the processes.
Other tasks associated with the position would be those related to supporting internal and external audits, and participation in improvement and automation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Update the status of processes and candidates in Oracle.
- Post job requisitions in Oracle and other recruitment tools.
- Properly close recruitment processes in Oracle.
- Support assessment processes.
- Maintain and update the curricular database.
- Contact interested candidates not selected.
- Manage data of candidates from external sources.
- Carry out the basic pre-screening of CVs.
- Perform administration tasks related to internships.
- Maintain and update reporting sources.
- Elaborate reports.
- Update KPIs.
Support audits by providing documentation.
Requirements:
- University degree or technical training in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Psychology or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within shared services environments or complex organizational structures.
- Strong analytical skills and database management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Access and Word.
- Previous experience using Oracle or similar.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Achieving hiring goals efficiently.
- Objectively evaluating profiles and information.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
