As our QA Automation Engineer, your days will be filled with designing, developing, and running automation tests that keep our banking solutions top-notch. You'll craft test cases, dive into test results, and continuously work on improving our test strategies. You'll work closely with developers and stakeholders to help design amazing products, and you'll play a big part in driving a quality-first mindset on your team. Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in test automation
  • Hands-on experience with API testing
  • Experience with Java, Cucumber/RestAssured
  • Familiarity with REST architecture, test automation, development patterns, and programming best practices
  • Good command of Git
  • Strong self-organization and adaptability skills
  • Curious mindset and great communication skills
  • Experience working in an AGILE environment
  • Fluency in Polish and English (both are must-haves)

Responsibilities

  • Design, development, and execution of test automation
  • Design and creation of test cases
  • Analysis of test results and provision of test strategy improvements
  • Close cooperation with developers and business stakeholders in product design
  • Active engagement in the growth of QA best practices and tools
  • Provide clear and concise defect reports
  • Driving a Quality-first mindset within the team and contributing to a quality culture within the organisation
