About The Role
Are you ready to take ownership of global financial processes and make a real impact across the organization? We're looking for an
Operational Transfer Pricing Analyst with strong SAP skills
and a proactive mindset to join our team in Poznan, Poland.

This role offers full control over key processes, high visibility across the business, and the opportunity to collaborate with global stakeholders. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is eager to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute the Global Central Transfer Pricing process, including financial modelling.
• Oversee the monthly end-to-end intercompany invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and authorization.
• Collaborate independently with key stakeholders (Finance Business Partners, Intercompany, Treasury, Close & Controlling).
• Contribute to strategic Transfer Pricing projects across various topics.
• Extract and analyse data from internal systems (especially SAP) and prepare summaries.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline invoicing and Transfer Pricing processes.
• Support internal and external audits related to intercompany transactions and Transfer Pricing.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation accessible to relevant teams.

Essential
Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven, relevant experience in Tax, Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven experience with SAP – this is a key requirement.

Preferred

• Experience with Power BI or Alteryx.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to take ownership over processes
