Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with market benchmarks and company strategy.

  • Monitor trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance reward and recognition practices.

  • Ensure compliance with external regulations (incl. Pay Transparency Directive) and internal policies.

  • Lead annual pay review cycles, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and alignment with global processes.

  • Manage job evaluation processes using Hay/Korn Ferry method.

  • Conduct regular salary reviews and market analysis to support pay equity.

  • Forecast and manage personnel cost budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets

  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making, automate regular reporting.

  • Manage HR data and data governance processes and project to reassure data quality

  • Develop tools, training materials, and communication strategies for key stakeholders.

This offer is for you if:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 5–10 years in HR with strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards.

    • Exposure to broader HR areas (HRBP, CoE, consulting) is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and ideally PowerBI.

  • Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (Hay/Korn Ferry).

  • Fluent in English; ability to work in an international environment.

  • Leadership experience or potential to manage a small team of experts.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
