In a nutshell

At our Center of Excellence in Krakow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated OtC Specialist to reinforce our OtC Team.

What drives this department

Within the Business Support functions, we are dedicated to providing internal customer service and are passionate about leveraging our knowledge to foster successful collaboration and benefit the organization.

What you will be doing
  • Preparing invoices, shipping documents
  • Creating and transmitting invoices electronically
  • Monitoring outstanding debt and following up with customers if necessary
  • Executing provision policies, adjusting and executing required write-offs
  • Processing incoming and outgoing payments and contacting customers in case of questions
  • Executing internal controls
  • Participating in process development (bringing up new ideas)
  • Recognizing and communicating development opportunities in processes
Your education & experience
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the area of OtC/AR
  • Extensive knowledge of OtC/AR process and experience mainly in customer billing, revenue recognition, incoming payments.
  • Master/Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics field
  • Very good command of Polish and English (min. B2/C1)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel)
  • Experience in working with SAP

  • Good command of other language such as: German, French, Italian, or Spanish
  • Transition experience
  • Extensive knowledge of credit & collection processes
