Senior Business Analyst – Process Optimization:

For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Process Optimization for a long contract based in Warsaw, Poland

Role Description

The Analyst will lead enterprise-wide business process optimization initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders across international geographies. This role requires strong facilitation and presentation skills, hands-on application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple optimization projects end-to-end with a high degree of autonomy. The role involves driving governance, defining standards, and enabling end-to-end process ownership across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide business process optimization and transformation initiatives
  • Facilitate cross-functional and process discovery/mapping workshops with senior leaders
  • Manage international stakeholder engagement at scale
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma tools practically beyond theoretical knowledge
  • Conduct discovery sessions and root cause analysis (RCA) to identify pain points
  • Establish governance frameworks and process standards at an enterprise level
  • Align stakeholders and drive end-to-end process ownership
  • Manage multiple optimization projects independently from initiation to closure
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and insights
