Due to dynamic business growth and continuous development of our global structure, we are expanding our Process Excellence team.

We are now looking for a
Business Process Analyst
to join our office in Warsaw.

Responsibilities
:

  • Leading the analysis, modeling and optimization of key business processes across the organization, including identifying inefficiencies and proposing measurable improvements;
  • Driving process reengineering and standardization initiatives in close cooperation with operational, sales and cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and support global process alignment;
  • Developing, maintaining and updating the company-wide business process framework and related documentation;
  • Mapping and documenting processes (AS-IS and TO-BE) in BPM tools using established notations;
  • Gathering business requirements through interviews and workshops with internal stakeholders;
  • Supporting projects focused on process optimization, standardization and digitization;
  • Ensuring process compliance and contributing to process governance across departments;
  • Assessing process-related costs and preparing recommendations on optimal resource levels.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst;
  • Fluent English and Russian (spoken and written);
  • Proficiency in business process modeling notations such as BPMN, IDEF or EPC;
  • Experience using BPM/modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi, ARIS, Business Studio);
  • Hands-on experience in process mapping, analysis and improvement initiatives;
  • Ability to gather, structure and document business requirements in a clear and logical way;
  • Understanding of business analysis methodologies and BPM standards (e.g., BPM CBOK);
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to evaluate process effectiveness.
