Job Purpose
The Sales Administration Manager ensures the overall performance and compliance of In Market EBS Sales Administration Specialists located in regions. This role is critical for maintaining accurate pricing conditions, discounts, and rebates in line with company policy, audit standards, and regulatory requirements. It involves managing workflows, supervising team members across regions, and supporting process optimisation across the organisation.
The role acts as the owner of the operational administration end-to-end workflow at regional levels, ensuring a single, aligned plan across all stakeholders. It also drives integration between business and central functions (SSC, HQ, EBS).
Key Responsibilities
Department Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the In Market EBS Sales Administration teams
- Distribute workload effectively among team members
- Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to internal rules and audit recommendations
Pricing and Data Management
- Guarantee proper maintenance of pricing conditions in SAP ERP
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Authority Schedule
- Investigate pricing errors and provide consultancy for corrective actions
Process and Compliance
- Align operations with ISO requirements and internal audit standards
- Maintain documentation and archive processed requests in SharePoint
- Support internal audits by ensuring master data consistency
Reporting and Analysis
- Generate reports for management on pricing, discounts, and rebates
- Provide insights for continuous improvement and efficiency
Collaboration
- Act as liaison between Sales Administration and other departments
- Support projects related to pricing, rebates, and system enhancements
Operational Coordination
- Monitor and drive integration between business and central functions (SSC, HQ, EBS) for end-to-end process alignment
- Support project implementation and digital workflow adoption
- Act as owner of the operational administration end-to-end workflow at regional level, ensuring a single, aligned plan across all stakeholders
- Implement and support digital workflow and project initiatives

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 20,000.00zł - 30,000.00zł per month
