Role Description

This is a remote opportunity for the position of Technical Co-Founder/CTO. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the technology vision of Discurso.AI by developing and implementing its technological infrastructure. You will lead technical development, oversee project management tasks, and ensure scalability, security, and functionality of the platform. Working closely with the other founders, you'll play a role in strategic decision-making, mentoring a growing tech team, and collaborating with partners to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and articulate technical strategies
  • Ability to conduct research to remain updated with technological trends and integrate advancements into the platform
  • Technical expertise in React & Firebase development, AI technologies, and system architecture
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor technical teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in education technology (preferred)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
