As a
Junior Health & Safety Specialist
, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining high health & safety standards across two warehouses in Robakowo. Reporting directly to the Health & Safety Manager, you will work in an organisation where safety is a genuine value and an integral part of the company culture. *WHAT YOU'LL DO*

• Carry out tasks in line with occupational health and safety regulations, including coordinating workplace environmental measurements and updating risk assessments according to schedule
• Implement the company's Health & Safety strategy across two warehouses in Robakowo
• Maintain up-to-date Health & Safety documentation, supported by digital and AI-enabled tools to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely updates, while actively fostering a strong safety culture
• Act as a partner for all company departments on Health & Safety -related matters, working closely with operations, maintenance, P&C, and other teams
• Deliver Health & Safety trainings and workshops for employees at all levels
• Organise mandatory, periodic Health & Safety , fire safety, and first aid trainings

YOU COME WITH

• Higher education or postgraduate qualification in occupational health and safety, meeting statutory Occupational Health and Safety requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a Health & Safety role, preferably in a corporate environment such as logistics or manufacturing
• High level of accuracy, diligence and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, solution-focused mindset and assertiveness
• Category B driving licence and willingness to use own car
• Communicative level of English (minimum B1)
