Your tasks

• Design & implementation: You will develop and implement SAP user and authorization management solutions for S/4 HANA, Fiori, HANA database technology and cloud-based solutions LAPP globally.
• User administration: You are responsible for the maintenance and administration of users in the relevant SAP systems across LAPP.
• Authorization concepts: You develop suitable authorization concepts and roles, analyze existing authorizations, and continuously optimize them.
• Governance and compliance: You provide support with governance and compliance issues, ensure that GRC controls are implemented and coordinate and support audits and certifications.
• Service Level Agreements: You ensure compliance with the agreed Service Level Agreements with our customers.
• Support: You will support SAP consultants and specialist departments in setting up the necessary authorization concepts and role profiles.
• Project management: You will work on SAP projects and take on sub-project management in SAP user and authorization management.
• Support and training: You will take on support tasks and conduct training courses and workshops for internal users and customers.

Your profile

• Education: Successful completion of a degree in (business) information technology or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: min. 5 years of experience in a comparable position.
• Expertise:
• Knowledge of SAP role management and central user administration.
• Sound knowledge of SAP user and authorization management.
• Experience with S/4 HANA, Fiori, HANA database technology and cloud-based solutions.
• Knowledge in the development and optimization of authorization concepts.
• Experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
• Analytical and Strategic Skills: Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning abilities, and the capacity to identify and resolve complex SAP security and authorization challenges.
• Communication: Very good communication and teamwork skills.
• Languages: Demonstrated fluency in English, both written and spoken.
