Offer

  • Define the Operations TOM and clear business outcomes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Capture and maintain traceable business and technical requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Ensure quality assurance of builds against business requirements.
  • Develop and support business case submissions and expected business value.
  • Provide programme insights to governance forums, ExCo, and Steering Committees.
  • Identify and articulate risks and dependencies across programmes and teams.
  • Support and mentor junior Business Analysts.
  • Produce and deliver user test plans aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Manage governance processes for system delivery and operational processes.
  • Contribute to business transition plans and ensure smooth handover to BAU.

Requirements
Experience & Technical Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years as a Business/Solution Analyst in IT projects.
  • Proven experience in producing Target Operating Models and strategies.
  • Strong skills in writing Use Cases, User Stories, and Acceptance Test Scenarios.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and JIRA/Confluence.
  • Experience in technology delivery within complex organizations.
  • Strong planning and reporting capabilities.

Soft Skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to manage changing priorities and aggressive timelines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
