VAN THORN is a boutique brand offering made-to-measure clothing for modern men who value style, individuality and quality.

We create elegance through personal consultations — advising clients on fabrics, cuts and styling, and managing the entire process from first fitting to the final garment.

Our ateliers and factories around the world produce garments to the highest standards, while our mission is to help each client feel and look their best.

Role: Stylist / Style Advisor

We are looking for a person who enjoys working with people, has an eye for detail, and a genuine passion for style.

This is not a typical sales job — it's about building relationships, understanding each client's needs, and guiding them through the made-to-measure process.

Over time, the right person can grow into a senior stylist role or even become a business partner.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on style, fit, and fabric choices for made-to-measure clothing.
  • Take client measurements and coordinate tailoring adjustments with our partner ateliers.
  • Manage the order process from consultation to delivery.
  • Communicate with both Polish and international clients (English is used daily).
  • Maintain order and atmosphere in the showroom — elegance starts with details.
  • Handle order records, correspondence and client updates in our system.
  • Support seasonal workload (some flexibility in busy periods).

Requirements

  • Strong sense of style and aesthetics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • English proficiency (minimum B2).
  • Experience in premium customer service, retail, or hospitality — an advantage, but not required.
  • Readiness to learn about tailoring, fabrics, and style under our guidance.
