About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our Equity Derivatives Structured Products Technology team. You will be part of a global group responsible for building and evolving cutting-edge systems that support the pricing, trading, and life-cycle management of structured equity products.

In this role, you will develop and enhance our in-house Order Management System (OMS) and related services, collaborating closely with trading and structuring desks to deliver high-performance, reliable, and scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain strategic platforms supporting equity structured products.

  • Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to deployment and support.

  • Migrate and modernize legacy tools (e.g. Excel/VBA) into modern, scalable architectures using C#.

  • Collaborate with front-office users (traders, structurers) and global technology teams to deliver business-critical solutions.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, adopting Agile and DevOps principles.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with C# and solid understanding of object-oriented or functional programming concepts.

  • Proficiency across the full software development lifecycle, including testing, CI/CD, and deployment.

  • Familiarity with modern engineering practices such as TDD, Agile methodologies, and DevOps.

  • Experience working with relational (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

  • Exposure to event-driven architecture and REST/SOAP web services.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively in a complex, global environment.

  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and drive for results.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).

  • Familiarity with equity derivatives products, derivative pricing, or risk management.

  • Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React) is a plus.

  • Growth mindset and adaptability to evolving technologies and agile workflows.
