Addleshaw Goddard in Poland is a thriving and growing office within our international network. We are now looking for a Legal Intern to join our dynamic Infrastructure Projects & Energy Department in Warsaw and support our continued growth in the region.

We're looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals who are interested in renewable energy or infrastructure projects and are eager to learn from some of the best in the profession. You'll bring curiosity, passion, and a strong interest in civil law as well as administrative law and procedure to everything you do.

This opportunity is open to:

  • Law students in their fifth year or beyond (studying Polish law)
  • Candidates fluent in English and Polish

What can you expect?

This internship is more than just work experience - it's a real insight into who we are and what we do. You'll be fully integrated into our Infrastructure Projects & Energy team, gaining exposure to real client work and meaningful tasks such as:

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and documents related to energy transition
  • Conducting legal research and preparing summaries
  • Assisting with high-profile transactions on the market concerning wind and photovoltaic farms, the financing of offshore wind farms, and resolving the most complex regulatory issues related to renewable energy.
  • Supporting our team with administrative and project-based tasks

Outstanding interns may be offered a permanent contract following successful completion of the internship programme.

Contract Details

  • Duration: 12-month contract (including probation period)
  • Salary: 6,000 PLN gross per month
  • Commitment: Minimum 4 working days per week (flexible around studies or bar training)
