Tasks and responsibilities:

Being a Single Point of Contact for GLBA (Global Banking and Advisory) for actions related to operational riskProduction of operational risk documentation for Management of Business LineCreating and follow up of the GLBA Key Risks Indicators in the dedicated toolMonitoring of KPI related to operational riskCollecting and reporting of operational incidents and related action plansContributing to RCSA (Risk and Control Self Assessment) exercise and presentation of resultsMonitoring of permanent control execution and design/consultation of Permanent Supervision controlsMaking updates related to BCP (Business Continuity Plan) documentation, tests related to BCM (Business Continuity Management) and DRC (Default Risk Charge) organizationMonitoring of LOD2 (Line of Defense) and LOD3 recommendationsContributing to Business Continuity annual campaign to deliver proper definition of business line requirements

Profile required

Studies & experience:

Economic university degreeAt least 3 years of experience in a position related to operational risk, internal audit or in other department responsible for the control of operational processes

Language skills:

Fluency in EnglishGood command of Polish French is a valuable asset

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

Skills in MS Office, with particular emphasis on MS Excel and MS PowerPointKnowledge of risk solutions in the banking sector and supervisory regulations concerning operational riskStrong analytical skillsHigh interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with different types of stakeholdersGood organization of work, proactive attitude and drive to reach effectiveness and minimize risks in company's processes'Ability to work in a team as well as independentlyAbility to work under time pressure
