Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
Analyzing and monitoring compliance of the codification of banking processes, the correctness of risk assignments, and relevant periodic controls or other non-systemic mitigants in EMEA regionCodification of controls related to risks generated by activities and processes in operational systems according to Group's methodologyCooperating with other units of the Bank supervised in the EMEA regionControlling the quality and completeness of dataPreparing reports, information, and analyses concerning the supervised issuesAdditionally, person will be trained from administrative processes (issuance of power of attorney, sending reminders for trainings) to provide a backup in case of absence of main responsible personYou will be best suited for this role if:
Economic university degreeAt least 1 year of experience in a position related to operational risk, internal audit or in other department responsible for the control of operational processesKnowledge of risk solutions in the banking sector and supervisory regulations concerning operational riskProficiency in English and good command of PolishHigh analytical skillsSkills in MS Office, with particular emphasis on MS Excel and MS PowerPointHigh interpersonal and communication skillsGood organization of work and proactive attitudeAbility to work in a team as well as independentlyAbility to work-
