Position Overview
The Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and pipelines to support analytics, governance, and operational intelligence across Netwrix's hybrid IT environment. This role requires deep technical expertise in data integration, security, and automation, with a strong focus on leveraging Netwrix's internal platforms and vendor ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and SQL Server.
• Integrate data from Netwrix Identity Manager, Usercube, and Privilege Secure platforms into centralized repositories.
• Build connectors for structured and unstructured data sources including OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
• Design scalable data models to support governance, compliance, and operational reporting.
• Implement taxonomy-driven classification using Netwrix Data Classification tools for GDPR, financial, and sensitive data types.
• Enforce role-based access controls and data scoping policies using Netwrix Privilege Secure and Enterprise Auditor.
• Support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and agent orchestration for internal AI platforms using Azure OpenAI, DevRev, , and Intercom.
• Deliver dashboards and reports via Power BI, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and custom APIs.
• Monitor data quality and pipeline performance, implementing proactive alerting and remediation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics roles.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PowerShell.
• Experience with Docker Swarm, VM orchestration, and HA cluster design.
• Familiarity with IAM, SIEM, and compliance platforms such as SailPoint, Splunk, and ServiceNow.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
• Netwrix Certified Identity Manager or Data Classification Specialist
• AWS or GCP Data Engineering certifications
