How will you make a difference?

As Warehouse administration specialist you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations. You'll be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing documentation, and ensuring seamless collaboration with warehouse and logistics teams

What do we want to know about you?

• Higher education in administration, logistics, or related field (or currently enrolled in relevant studies).

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar position within a production company.

• General knowledge of warehouse operations, administration, document flow, and relevant legal/accounting regulations.

• Strong communication skills in Polish and the ability to work effectively within a team.

What will your typical day look like?

• Inputting delivery data into the MRP system based on provided warehouse documents.

• Collaborating with the purchasing department to resolve discrepancies in deliveries.

• Closing production orders efficiently and accurately.

• Maintaining the proper flow of warehouse documentation following established procedures.

• Providing administrative support to warehouse processes
