Opis stanowiska
Poszukujemy Senior Managera ds. Strategii i Public Affairs odpowiedzialnego za rozwój i realizację strategii wspierających misję PzN. Stanowisko raportuje bezpośrednio do Dyrektora Wykonawczego i obejmuje nadzór nad planowaniem strategicznym, rozwojem organizacji, fundraisingiem, budowaniem partnerstw, komunikacją oraz ewaluacją efektów działań. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie przekładać lokalne doświadczenia na strategie wpływające na krajowe priorytety konserwatywne.

Główne obowiązki

• Tworzenie i wdrażanie strategii PzN oraz wspieranie rozwoju organizacji.
• Budowanie i utrzymywanie partnerstw z think tankami, instytutami i fundacjami badawczymi.
• Nadzór nad komunikacją i reprezentowanie PzN na wydarzeniach publicznych.
• Opracowywanie narracji skutecznie docierających do odbiorców.
• Analiza danych publicznych, raportów i badań, tworzenie rekomendacji strategicznych.
• Projektowanie i realizacja strategii fundraisingowych.

Profil kandydata

• Min. 5 lat doświadczenia w strategii, zarządzaniu organizacją lub fundraisingu w Polsce.
• Sukcesy w projektowaniu i wdrażaniu inicjatyw strategicznych.
• Doświadczenie we współpracy z think tankami i instytucjami badawczymi.
• Umiejętność prowadzenia badań i pracy z danymi.
• Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne.
• Biegła znajomość języka polskiego i dobra znajomość angielskiego.

Atutem będzie doświadczenie jako:
Senior Public Affairs Manager, Strategy Manager/Lead, Senior Policy Advisor, Senior ESG Advisor/Manager lub w roli doradcy ds. polityki, bezpieczeństwa, energii czy instytucji publicznych.

Polska z Natury is a non-profit organisation that promotes the preservation of Poland's cultural and natural heritage and the responsible stewardship of its resources from a conservative perspective. We do this through partnering with locally-rooted associations and civic organisations. Position Overview
We are seeking a Strategy Director to lead the development and implementation of strategies that advance PzN's mission. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will shape the organisation's long-term direction, overseeing organisational development, strategic planning and leadership, fundraising and resource development, organisational growth and partnerships, communications and outreach, as well as evaluation and impact measurement.

Operating above the day-to-day programme delivery level, you will ensure that PzN's locally rooted campaigns inform and connect with the broader national policy debate, translating community insights into strategies that influence conservative priorities across Poland. This is an exciting time to join Polska z Natury, as we expand our work and help define the concept of conservative environmentalism in Poland—both locally and nationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of PzN's strategic plan
• Drive organisational growth and ensure sustainable, long-term impact
• Build and maintain partnerships with national think tanks, policy institutes and research foundations
• Oversee communications and represent PzN at events, conferences, and public forums
• Innovate and test narratives that resonate with our target audience, scaling successful strategies as needed
• Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Support the process of conducting new research
• Turn public data (gov stats, policy reports, media) into concise insights and briefs that directly inform our strategic priorities and campaigns
• Design and implement fundraising strategies, cultivating relationships with donors, funders, and key stakeholders

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years' experience in strategy, organisational leadership, or fundraising focussed on Poland
• Proven ability to design and implement successful strategic initiatives
• Experience engaging with think tanks, foundations, or policy institutes
• Experience in conducting detailed research projects and using data to inform strategy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Polish and a good level of English

Ideal Candidate
You might currently be working as a Strategy Manager, Policy Advisor, Program Director, or Fundraising Lead in organisations focused on public policy, governance, civic institutions, or foundations such as think tanks, research institutes, or policy foundations in areas such as security, energy, or related policy fields. We also welcome candidates with titles such as Senior Public Affairs Manager, Senior Strategy Manager, Strategy Lead, Senior Strategy and Public Affairs Consultant, Senior ESG Advisor/Manager, or Senior Policy Advisor.
