Junior Export Operations Coordinator

THE ROLE

As a Junior Export Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role at the heart of our international supply chain, ensuring that products move seamlessly across borders and reach markets on time and in full. The Junior Export Operations Coordinator acts as a key orchestrator of end-to-end order fulfillment, working closely with markets, customers, production planning, and logistics teams to deliver outstanding service levels. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to international trade operations, SAP order management, production coordination with DRP teams, and export documentation processes – building a strong foundation for a long-term career in supply chain and operations.

Working as a Junior Export Operations Coordinator, you will collaborate daily with stakeholders across DRP, Finance, Logistics, dispatch locations, and Supply Chain Services, contributing directly to high OTIF performance and smooth cross-functional execution. This position offers a unique combination of operational responsibility, analytical thinking, and international business exposure, making it an ideal next step for ambitious candidates who want to grow within a global FMCG environment.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Act as the key contact for assigned markets for all order management activities, ensuring order execution meets customer expectations, planned volumes and timelines, and guarantees continuous market supply.
• Monitor phase-in / phase-out plans and ensure accurate reflection in order management systems; proactively manage deviations impacting customer or market supply.
• Manage end-to-end customer sales orders in SAP, including order entry, confirmation, monitoring and ongoing communication with customers and DRP teams.
• Coordinate order shipments with markets/customers, DRP, dispatch locations/factories and transport providers, including order and delivery release, credit threshold monitoring and full SAP flow (delivery notes, PGI, invoicing).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize transport units and improve operational efficiency across the supply chain network.
• Prepare and manage export documentation in line with internal policies and international regulations (customs, tax and trade compliance), share documents on time for customs clearance and coordinate inspections when required.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Experience in logistics, customer service or order management within an international environment
• Good understanding of logistics, transport operations, supply chain principles and business processes
• Experience with SAP (ITP module as a strong advantage) and working with order-to-cash flows, including invoicing and financial documentation
• Knowledge of customs procedures, export documentation and international trade requirements
• Strong customer orientation with a proactive, well-organized and analytical approach to work
• Fluent English and at least one additional language; strong communication skills
