We're looking for an Engineering Tech Lead to guide our team in tackling high-scale, impactful challenges across our platform. In this role, you'll leverage your deep technical expertise and sound judgment to steer critical projects, provide architectural direction, and elevate the work of those around you. This role is ideal for engineers who excel at using their technical expertise to drive impact—both through their own work and by guiding and inspiring others to achieve excellence.

About The Role

• Be part of an R&D domain technical leadership, closely affect the company products architecture and craftsmanship.
• Evolve our architecture and engineering to support the ever growing scale of users, features and data.
• Work with a small team of experienced and highly talented developers in a CI/CD environment with cutting edge technologies.
• Work on backend platform solutions, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Our stack - , TypeScript, AWS, SQS/SNS/Kafka, SQL, NoSQL - while we don't require previous experience with the exact technologies, this is what you can expect to work with and you'll need to get comfortable with.

Requirements

• Strong proven technical skills and a passion for developing products that people love and use everyday.
• Technical leadership experience (Architect/ tech lead or similar roles)
• Experience building user facing products on the web or distributed infrastructure in large scale
• Experience in Full-stack development.
• Understanding of product and a passion for building software that provides a great experience.
• Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic.
• Focus on quality, simplicity and speed of execution.
