What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, data modeling, and system integration.
  • Design, build, and maintain
    data pipelines
    using
    Python
    and
    Databricks
    .
  • Collaborate with international teams to deliver scalable and high-performing data solutions.
  • Write
    integration tests
    and manage version control using
    GitLab
    .
  • Develop
    structured documentation
    , workflows, and quality processes.
  • Support
    tenant setup
    and onboarding processes to ensure seamless customer data integration.
  • Build
    self-service tools
    to improve data accessibility and streamline onboarding.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years
    of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong
    Python
    programming skills, with a focus on production-grade data pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Databricks
    ,
    Apache Spark
    , and
    SQL
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Azure
    or other cloud platforms.
  • Experience with
    testing frameworks
    and
    version control systems
    (GitLab or similar).
  • Excellent written and spoken
    English (B2 or higher)
    .
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in diverse, international teams.
