Your Job
As a Recruitment Coordinator at Koch Industries, you will manage the scheduling of meetings and interviews, coordinate candidate travel, and handle recruiting-related invoicing. You will also manage candidate workflows using our Applicant Tracking System and ensure data integrity for team collaboration. Additionally, you will provide support for various recruiting activities and projects as needed.

What You Will Do

  • Scheduling meetings and interviews with diverse stakeholders (candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, recruiters)
  • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements
  • Process recruiting-related invoices and candidate expense reimbursement
  • Support job posting activities, incl. audits
  • Manage candidate workflow and recruiting process utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
  • Ensure proper data integrity through our various systems for proper team collaboration, reporting and analytics
  • Ad-hoc recruiting/project support depending on business needs

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Ability to multitask and handle customer requests with high sense of urgency, prioritization and greatest customer care to deliver excellent experience for all stakeholders
  • Agile at learning and following diverse Processes leveraging various technologies
  • Ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers at all levels providing a positive customer experience
  • High intercultural awareness & ability to effectively communicate with diverse cultures
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • English fluency is required
  • Proactivity and critical thinking for ongoing process improvements

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience working as in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition.
  • Additional languages in addition to English
