Team tech stack:

• Backend: C# .NET 8 (LTS)
• Databases: Cosmos DB, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake (Data Warehouse)
• Cloud (Azure): Service Bus, Application Insights, Key Vault, Event Hub, etc.
• AI: Gemini, Copilot, NotebookLM
• CI/CD & Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Pulumi, Helm, ArgoCD, Prometheus, Grafana, Opsgenie

In your daily work, you will handle the following tasks:

• Managing a interdisciplinary team of engineers with vast experience and skillset.
• Managing backlog and roadmap and making sure that everything aligns with organization priorities.
• Conducting performance evaluations.
• Creating plans and deliverables.
• Keeping watch on technical direction and excellence.
• Promoting the team's work and platform features.
• Reviewing new technologies, proof of concepts and analysis.
• With your expertise, helping developers from product teams use the platform in an efficient way.

We are looking for people who:

• Have experience in managing highly-skilled, independent engineers.
• Are capable of managing multiple features simultaneously.
• Are product-oriented.
• Have good knowledge of object-oriented programming and DevOps practice.
• Understand distributed systems and their design.
• Want to inspire and mentor others.
• Want to be proud of the work but are also willing to give and accept feedback.
• Are eager to share their knowledge.
• Can search for efficient solutions to meet users' needs.
• Know English at B2 level, Polish at B2 level.

The following are also a plus:

• Working experience in FinTech or in Financial Services sector.

• Annual bonus up to 20 percent
