Consultancy We provide basic evaluation, task and project objective definition, optimization studies, variant investigations, feasibility studies, and investment cost estimates.

Civil Engineering We design facilities to meet the future business and operational needs of our clients within all disciplines in house.

Process Integration We integrate your process systems from raw materials to factory.

ISBL Projects O&G, Refining, Hydrogen and CO2 capture core process knowhow. Close cooperation with licensors.

PMC Project management, construction management - we steer the whole project from start to finish. With the highest safety time schedule budget quality and sustainability in mind.

EPCm All services in one package covers optimized solutions from first business case idea to commissioning bringing best optimized solution for our clients.

We are looking for both experienced planners and engineers with construction site experience who would like to develop their careers in project planning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and update detailed schedules for construction projects
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Prepare progress reports and analyses (including S-Curve and critical path analysis)
• Identify potential schedule risks and propose corrective actions
• Collaborate with project teams, including engineering, construction, procurement, and client representatives
• Prepare presentations and reports on project progress and performance

Requirements:

• Working experience on construction sites (e.g. as a site engineer, construction manager, or in a similar role)
• Experience in construction project planning
• Interest in project planning and willingness to develop in this area
• Familiarity with S-Curve and critical path analysis
• Good understanding of construction processes, preferably in the CEE region
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 (basic or advanced)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills and ability to cooperate with multidisciplinary teams
• Open-minded, curious, and able to ask the right questions
