What will you be doing?

As our Early Career Talent Specialist, you'll be at the centre of our early careers strategy. You'll work closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and design innovative ways to attract and hire exceptional talent. From coordinating campus events to managing the full recruitment journey, you'll ensure every candidate has a positive experience. You'll also collaborate with our Talent Programme Lead to deliver our internship and graduate programmes, helping shape the next generation of Smith+Nephew professionals.

  • Proven experience recruiting early careers talent across multiple countries and regions
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for engaging with students and graduates
  • Experience of recruiting and program management of Early Careers
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs
