Unibaltic manages the fleet of Unibaltic Shipping Ltd and provides full commercial, technical, and operational services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Szczecin. We're looking for a hands-on Agency Manager to run daily operations and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising the day-to-day work of the ship agents' team in Szczecin and Gdynia.
  • Overseeing correct and timely vessel handling in ports as per binding KPIs.
  • Developing cooperation with existing clients by building/maintaining relationships and responding to operational needs.
  • Driving business development & acquisition.
  • Co-creating the development strategy for agency services and the customer value.
  • Conducting client meetings and business trips (domestic and international).
  • Planning and implementing new initiatives to improve departmental operations.
  • Cooperation with other departments and Management.
  • Preparing sales and operational reports and analyses.
