In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and elevating our HR operational framework, leading a dedicated team, and driving continuous improvement across the full employee lifecycle. Responsibilities:
- Lead the local HR Operations team and oversee daily activities across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, personnel administration, data management, benefits).
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and accurate execution of HR processes in line with established SLAs and KPIs.
- Plan team capacity, monitor workload distribution, and supervise overall operational efficiency.
- Act as the first point of escalation for complex or sensitive operational matters.
- Represent the HR Operations function in meetings with stakeholders, provide status updates, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze operational data and trends and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, data protection requirements, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with audit and compliance teams and implement recommendations resulting from internal reviews.
- Maintain accurate, auditable HR documentation in accordance with internal standards.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll teams, internal departments, and technology teams to ensure smooth process execution.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members; conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews.
- Drive the implementation of new tools and system solutions and actively propose process enhancements.
Requirements:
- Strong process experience in HR Operations or personnel administration.
- Proven experience in implementing new tools, system solutions, or process improvements.
- Fluency in Polish and English (both required).
- Excellent knowledge of Polish labor law.
- Strong data literacy and proficiency in working with HR tools and systems.
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and communicating effectively in a dynamic environment.
- High level of independence, accountability, proactivity, and ability to organize team and individual work.
- Willingness to work on-site as required by the role.
