Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Warsaw, Poland – 5 Days Onsite

Job Type: Permanent

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to drive HR strategy, ensure compliance, and provide consultative support across multiple HR functions.

This role involves partnering with business leaders, managing employee lifecycle processes, and enhancing talent and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and administer HR policies and programs.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including hiring, onboarding, termination, and records maintenance.
  • Lead employee relations, labor relations, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate rewards and recognition programs.
  • Oversee domestic and international relocation and immigration services.
  • Provide HR consulting, coaching, and partnership to business leaders.
  • Support staffing, recruiting, training, and talent development initiatives.
  • Drive mobility strategy, workforce planning, and organizational performance programs.
  • Ensure HRIS data accuracy and leverage systems for reporting and insights.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor law, and compliance.
  • Expertise in employee relations, talent development, and HR program administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing relocation, immigration, and global mobility programs is a plus.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
