Your responsibilities:
- Strategic Ownership of Digital Marketing: Oversee performance marketing, SEO/organic, paid advertising, and new channels development (e.g., affiliate, referral). Ensure strategy is aligned with business KPIs and long-term objectives.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage and grow the digital marketing team, including recruitment, mentoring, and talent development, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
- Lead Generation Strategy: Own all lead generation channels and KPIs, including scaling, diversification, and channel performance optimization. Ensure quality control and continuously refine leads processing, working closely with CRM and Sales leadership.
- Digital Marketing Roadmap Ownership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Digital Marketing Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and cross-functional priorities.
- Tracking, Analytics & Unit Economics: Co-develop tracking, analytics, and BI infrastructure to measure ROI, CAC, CPL, and LTV. Own and optimize unit economics models to ensure profitable and scalable growth.
- Operational Excellence: Build and scale systematic planning, execution tracking, and process improvements to ensure Digital Marketing operates with efficiency and predictable delivery.
- Budget Management: Co-own budget planning and allocation for the Digital Marketing function, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact investments.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Create strategies and plans to improve conversion rates through website, product pages landing page optimization, ad copy refinement, keyword strategy, and creative assets testing.
- Funnel Building: Develop high-performing digital marketing funnels (webinars, lead magnets, etc.) to support scalable lead acquisition.
- SEO Ownership: Drive the SEO strategy, continuously improving rankings, traffic, and organic visibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Content & Communications, Sales, Product Marketing and Product teams to connect performance marketing with broader business objectives (LTV/ARPU growth, retention, ROI, EBIDTA) and deliver seamless customer experiences.
Our requirements:
- 5+ years of experience leading digital, performance, and/or growth marketing teams in B2B, B2B2C, or SaaS.
- Hands-on expertise in performance marketing, paid acquisition, SEO/organic growth, analytics, and funnel development. Proficiency in SEO & CRO, including landing page optimization, A/B testing, copy/creative experimentation, and funnel performance analysis.
- Languages: Polish (C1/С2), English (min.B2, must-have).
- Strong operational and project management capabilities: building processes/workflows/SLAs, planning budgets and quarterly roadmaps, and coordinating people, tools, and execution. High ownership mindset with end-to-end leadership of initiatives and focus on high-impact outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, being open to constructive feedback, able to be direct, delegate, and consistently collaborative.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into clear digital roadmaps, channel strategies, and measurable outcomes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets, spot trends, and translate insights into action.
- Demonstrated success in scaling lead generation channels, optimizing CAC and conversion rates, and driving measurable ROI across digital touchpoints.

Experience with tracking and analytics ecosystems, including configuring tracking, attribution, BI dashboards, and ensuring high-quality data flows.

Solid understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback periods) and ability to build or refine scalable economics models.

Deep knowledge of MarTech and digital marketing tools: MS Office (advanced Excel), Jira/ClickUp, Figma; analytics tools (Power BI, Amplitude); CRMs & marketing automation (HubSpot, Creatio, Salesforce, ); generative AI tools.
- Leadership and team management skills proven through recruitment, coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing digital teams.

Dear Data Subject,
Pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: "GDPR" ), we inform you that:
1. The controller of your personal data within the meaning of GDPR is E100 International Trade Sp. z o. o. , a Polish company based in Warsaw , Pory 78 St., apt.7 (hereinafter the "Controller"). 2. To the extent indicated in the provisions of the Polish Labor Code (Article 22(1) § 1), Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment procedure on the basis of your application and consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), while the remaining data provided for the purpose of the recruitment process – with your consent qualified as ordinary or explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR or Article 9(2)(a), respectively, in the event of the candidate voluntarily providing sensitive data in documents, e.g. his/her photo in the CV), which consent may be withdrawn by you at any time by providing us with information about such withdrawal.
3. Your personal data contained in the application documents submitted by you will be processed until the recruitment process is completed and for a period of 14 days after the recruitment process is completed, however, in justified cases (in the case of maintaining a reserve list of candidates) they may not be processed longer than for a period of 3 to 6 months from the end of a given recruitment procedure, depending on the type of position for which the recruitment is carried out, or for a longer period of time - if you will grant additional, voluntary consent to participate in subsequent recruitment procedures (but not longer than for a period of 12 months) based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which may be revoked at any time.
4. The recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of provisions of applicable laws. Data may be shared with the entities processing personal data at the request of the Controller, including: entities cooperating in the recruitment process, companies from the capital group in the EU and/or capital-related entities, IT service providers.
5. In some cases, due to the terms of the job offer and the specificity of the recruitment process, data processing may be related to the transfer of personal data to third countries within the meaning of the GDPR – in particular Ukraine or some countries belonging to the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). In such a case, the Controller informs about the lack of a decision confirming the appropriate level of protection specified in Art. 45 section 3 and transfers data subject to the provisions of law, appropriate safeguards and on the principles set out in Article 46 sections 1 and 2 of the GDPR. In such a case, data shall be processed on the applicable legal basis for such processing and any transfer shall be secured in line with organizational and technical requirements for security of such transfers.
6. You have the right to request from the Controller access to personal data, the right to rectify it, delete it ("right to be forgotten"), limit its processing, the right to object to processing, the right to transfer data and/or the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data carried out on the basis of consent provided before its withdrawal.
7. The processing of your data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Art. 22 section 1 and 4 of GDPR.
8. Once the basis for processing your data shall cease to exist, the data will be deleted from our systems.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate supervisory authority. In Poland the appropriate supervisory authority is President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
10. Providing your personal data for the purpose of recruitment process is obligatory under the applicable provisions of law, and otherwise voluntary.
