Your main tasks
- Being one of the key players in establishing the new SSC in Warsaw
- Participation in establishing centralized process in SSC in AR area
- Taking part in transitions of AR processes from European entities
- Stabilizing the migrated process
- Ensuring the smooth running of the AR function including Internal Controls preparation
- Responsibility for effective delivery of receivables activities such as collections, cash posting, customer creation etc.
- Preparing monthly / annual / quarterly reports and other documents required by the management team
- Maintenance and enhancement of JD Edwards structure, in line with the business needs
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Preparing reports and analysis
- Assuring process compliance with Husqvarna policies and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- min. 3 years in similar position as O2C, OTC, AR Accountant in SSC/BPO environment
- Hands on experience in driving continuous improvement and relevant accounting qualifications
- Knowledge of JD Edwards is a must
- Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- Excellent communication skills and self-motivation
- Be a strong team player
