— jeśli znasz się na WMSach, lubisz optymalizować procesy w magazynach i chcesz mieć realny wpływ na usprawnienia systemowe.

Twoje zadania:

  • Analiza i mapowanie procesów biznesowych; przekładanie wymagań klienta na skuteczną konfigurację BY WMS.
  • Udział w warsztatach i sesjach projektowych celem zebrania i doprecyzowania wymagań biznesowych.
  • Konfiguracja, testowanie oraz walidacja rozwiązań w BY WMS; zapewnienie ich zgodności i efektywności procesowej.
  • Przygotowywanie oraz aktualizacja dokumentacji projektowej i procesowej (wymagania, specyfikacje, scenariusze testowe, materiały szkoleniowe).
  • Wsparcie integracji WMS z innymi systemami przedsiębiorstwa (np. ERP, TMS), w tym mapowanie i walidacja interfejsów.
  • Udział lub prowadzenie szkoleń dla użytkowników, wsparcie uruchomienia i stabilizacji systemu.
  • Stanowienie punktu kontaktowego w zakresie optymalizacji procesów, usprawnień systemowych i modyfikacji.
  • Wsparcie drugiej linii w zakresie incydentów oraz rozwiązywania problemów związanych z procesami i systemem.
  • Promowanie i egzekwowanie wykorzystania rozwiązań standardowych i konfigurowalnych systemu, ograniczając customizacje do niezbędnego minimum.
  • Ewentualne wsparcie oraz mentoring młodszych konsultantów

Czego oczekujemy:

  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia we wdrażaniu lub utrzymaniu systemów WMS (np. Blue Yonder WMS / JDA / RedPrairie lub innych WMS)
  • Doświadczenia w pracy z
    Blue Yonder WMS Discrete
    (konkretna wersja systemu będzie dodatkowym atutem)
  • Dobre zrozumienie procesów magazynowych oraz umiejętność konfiguracji systemowej
  • Silne umiejętności analityczne, komunikacyjne i dokumentacyjne
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego pozwalająca na swobodną komunikację
  • Wykształcenie wyższe (logistyka, IT, biznes lub pokrewne)
