Accounts Receivable Accountant
to join our team in Szczecin.

Responsibilitie
s:

  • Handle incoming customer payments
  • Verify and settle balances with customers, including debt collection activities
  • Issue and manage sales invoices
  • Manage the financial closure of returned equipment
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in the month-end closing process
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements
  • Collaborate with and support other departments as needed

Our Expectations:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • University degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting
  • Very good Polish and English skills, spoken and written
  • Solid practical knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX will be an advantage
  • Previous experience in an international organization will be considered a plus
