Do zespołu naszego Klienta z branży Retail poszukujemy doświadczonego 3PL Logistics Project Managera, który będzie odpowiadać za prowadzenie strategicznych projektów logistycznych oraz codzienną współpracę z operatorem 3PL. Stanowisko daje możliwość rozwoju zawodowego w obszarze zarządzania projektami, optymalizacji procesów i wdrażania innowacyjnych rozwiązań w logistyce.

3PL Logistics Project Manager

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Zarządzanie projektami logistycznymi związanymi z uruchamianiem, migracją i zmianą operatorów 3PL.
  • Planowanie, koordynacja i egzekucja projektów zgodnie z harmonogramem, budżetem i KPI.
  • Przygotowywanie i nadzór nad dokumentacją projektową.
  • Współpraca z interesariuszami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi (operatorzy 3PL, dostawcy technologii, audytorzy).
  • Nadzór nad operacjami magazynowymi prowadzonymi przez operatora 3PL.
  • Monitorowanie i analiza wskaźników efektywności.
  • Zapewnienie zgodności operacji z wymogami prawnymi i jakościowymi.
  • Analiza i optymalizacja procesów magazynowych oraz kosztów logistycznych.
  • Wdrażanie nowych rozwiązań technologicznych i procesowych (WMS, automatyzacja, digitalizacja).
  • Prognozowanie potrzeb magazynowych i przygotowywanie raportów dla Zarządu.

Wymagania:

  • Minimum kilkuletnie doświadczenie zdobyte na podobnym stanowisku.
  • Praktyczna znajomość procesów magazynowych oraz systemów WMS/ERP.
  • Umiejętność analizy danych operacyjnych i finansowych (KPI, koszty).
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (w mowie i piśmie).
  • Mile widziane certyfikaty: PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma.
