Job Title: Logistics Manager

Contract Duration: 12 Months

An excellent opportunity for Logistics and Tax Manager to work on a major offshore project.

Role Objective:

Lead the planning, implementation, and documentation of offshore substation installation and commissioning, ensuring effective team collaboration, logistics management, and contractor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop import/export procedures, shipping guidelines, and packing lists.
  • Manage vendor onboarding and procurement processes.
  • Plan and coordinate offshore logistics for personnel and materials.
  • Oversee defect management and spare parts delivery.
  • Schedule and lead system trainings with stakeholders.
  • Manage RAMS reviews and maintenance of electrical/electromechanical systems.
  • Support operational handover with proper documentation.

  • Defect Register & Cargo Manifest
  • Offshore Cargo & Topside Storage Registers
  • Serialized Equipment Register & Procurement Tracking
  • System Training Schedule & Updated Maintenance Plan
  • Operational Handover Certificate

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or vocational qualification in electrical, marine, or engineering fields.
  • Experience with offshore logistics and substation installation.
  • Knowledge of low/high voltage systems, electromechanical systems, and commissioning.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and procurement skills.
