About the Role

We're looking for a
Technical Product Manager (AI Focus)
to lead the design and implementation of AI-powered product features.

This is a
newly created position
— a chance to define the vision, roadmap, and structure of AI within the organization.

You'll bridge technology, leadership, and customers — ensuring that what's possible in AI becomes practical, valuable, and user-centric.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver
    AI-based product features
    alongside leadership, investors, and engineering teams.
  • Translate complex technical opportunities into
    clear, actionable product goals
    .
  • Lead
    AI discovery and experimentation
    , identifying where automation drives the most value.
  • Partner with engineering to
    prototype and launch
    new features.
  • Own initiatives end-to-end — from idea to implementation.

Your Profile

Must-Haves:

  • Strong technical foundation — comfortable reading and interpreting documentation.
  • Experience with
    AI/ML/LLM tools and technologies
    .
  • Background in
    fast-paced, startup or scale-up environments
    .
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable driving initiatives independently.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Understanding of
    UI/UX
    or user-facing product design.
  • Experience in
    hospitality, SaaS
    , or B2B software products.
  • Familiarity with
