Poszukujemy doświadczonego Cybersecurity Competency Center Director. 

Twoje zadania:

  • Opracowanie i wdrożenie strategii Cybersecurity Competency Center w zgodzie z celami biznesowymi firmy.
  • Budowanie i zarządzanie zespołem specjalistów ds. cyberbezpieczeństwa.
  • Tworzenie i nadzorowanie programów szkoleniowych z zakresu cyberbezpieczeństwa dla pracowników i klientów.
  • Monitorowanie i analiza zagrożeń cybernetycznych oraz wdrażanie strategii zarządzania ryzykiem.
  • Zapewnienie zgodności z regulacjami i standardami bezpieczeństwa (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR itp.).
  • Współpraca z zespołem AI w celu integracji nowoczesnych technologii (AI-driven security, threat intelligence).
  • Inicjowanie badań i innowacji w obszarze cyberbezpieczeństwa, wdrażanie nowych narzędzi i technologii.
  • Reprezentowanie firmy w kontaktach z partnerami, klientami i instytucjami branżowymi.
  • Pozyskiwanie nowych klientów oraz budowanie długotrwałych relacji biznesowych w obszarze cyberbezpieczeństwa.

Nasze oczekiwania:

  • Doświadczenie: min. 10 lat w obszarze cyberbezpieczeństwa, w tym min. 3-5 lat na stanowisku kierowniczym.
  • Znajomość technologii i standardów: NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, GDPR, SOC, SIEM, SOAR.
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w zakresie zarządzania ryzykiem, reagowania na incydenty oraz wdrażania systemów bezpieczeństwa.
  • Znajomość narzędzi i technologii AI stosowanych w cyberbezpieczeństwie będzie dodatkowym atutem.
  • Certyfikaty (mile widziane): CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, OSCP lub równoważne.
  • Umiejętności przywódcze: zdolność budowania i zarządzania zespołem, komunikatywność, umiejętność podejmowania decyzji.
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego – praca w międzynarodowym środowisku.
  • Doświadczenie w pozyskiwaniu nowych klientów i rozwijaniu relacji biznesowych w sektorze IT/ cyberbezpieczeństwa.
