Performance Marketing Specialist

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.);
• Analyze campaign performance (ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA) and prepare regular reports;
• Manage and optimize lead generation, e-commerce, and awareness campaigns;
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create impactful ad creatives;
• Configure and monitor tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Pixel, UTM parameters);
• Analyze user journeys and optimize the marketing funnel for conversion;
• Support the development of digital strategies and test new advertising channels.

Skills and Personal Attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in
  Marketing, Economics, Analytics, Management
  , or a related field;
• 2–3 years of experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.);
• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager;
• Experience in campaign optimization focused on measurable results;
• Ability to manage advertising budgets and analyze performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA);
• Working knowledge of SEO and traffic analysis tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs – a plus);
• Understanding of customer journey and funnel-based marketing;
• Strong command of Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max);
• Experience managing and optimizing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager;
• Basic knowledge of Tag Manager, Pixel setup, and UTM tracking;
• Ability to build and present clear performance reports;
• Excellent command of
  English (C1)
  – required for international campaigns;
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns;
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
• Team player with good communication skills.
