About the Role

We're looking for a
Senior Finance Manager
who will take full ownership of finance across the EMEA region. You'll lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, pricing, profitability analytics, and process optimization — partnering directly with senior business leaders, including the Global CFO and Regional GM.

This is a high-visibility role for a leader who is analytical, curious, data-driven, and ready to influence decision-making in a dynamic, global environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the financial strategy for the EMEA region and partner with leadership to drive performance
  • Own and continuously enhance FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Turn data into actionable insights, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Evaluate customer, product, and channel profitability to guide commercial decisions
  • Build and optimize pricing and margin models
  • Create impactful management presentations, strategic plans, and investment cases
  • Standardize and automate finance processes across markets
  • Oversee project spend and ensure adherence to budgets
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders

Who You Are

  • A strategic, analytical finance leader
  • An excellent communicator and business partner
  • Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced, multi-country environment
  • Passionate about operational excellence, analytics, and continuous improvement

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of financial management experience (FP&A, controlling, strategic finance)
  • Proven leadership and business partnering experience
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong understanding of finance & accounting principles
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, automation)
  • Background in manufacturing, B2B/B2C, or global/matrix environments
  • Strong systems expertise and data-driven mindset
