Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries across phone, chat, email, and social media. You'll assist with account management, technical support, and financial matters, playing a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and improving processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier support via phone, chat, email, and social media
- Assist with account setup, verification, logins, financial transactions, and technical concerns
- Offer expert guidance, particularly to clients in the sports sector
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with efficiency and professionalism
- Build strong client relationships through clear and effective communication
- Uphold company policies while ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve overall service quality
Requirements:
- Fluent in Danish (C1/C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Polish Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
