Project Management Consultant – Underground Utilities Verification

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Consultant with strong expertise in engineering, surveying, and CAD to lead a comprehensive Underground Utilities Verification Project.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery — from defining the scope of work and managing contractors to ensuring accurate data integration and final project reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the Scope of Work (SoW) and methodology for surveying activities.
  • Manage the overall execution of the underground utilities verification project, including planning, supervision, and progress tracking.
  • Oversee and validate all CAD and survey data integration processes.
  • Perform QA/QC checks, maintain updated site-wide CAD files, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly project progress reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on GIS, engineering, and utilities data management.
  • Deliver comprehensive final reports and documentation at project completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in project management, surveying, or CAD engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong understanding of digital data management workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary technical projects and teams.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure or site utility projects is a plus.
