We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and results driven
Logistics Product Manager
- a candidate with experience
in a courier or logistics company
who possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively with data.
The main responsibilities include preparing pricing strategy and commercial offers for different logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics Product & Pricing Management

  • Preparation of logistics product offer- designing and launching new logistics services and tariff packages.
  • Offer positioning and pricing policy management -building pricing modes for logistics services aligned with market conditions and internal cost structures.
  • Optimizing service margins while remaining competitive on the market

2. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Preparing market benchmark of logistics services and pricing
  • Monitoring market trends and reports
  • Developing Go-To -Market strategy for logistics services with customer segmentation, value proposition and USPs

3. Commercial Offer Development

  • Planning product roadmap and development
  • Preparing business requirements, product documentation and setting IT development priorities
  • Management end-to-end of Logistics product life cycle

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Logistics Operation unit to ensure operation processes for logistics services
  • Cooperation with IT in the implementation of logistics services in accordance with the scope and priorities
  • Cooperation with Legal unit to ensure compliance with international law and prepare regulations
  • Cooperation with Marketing on logistics product communication
  • Preparation of training and educational materials for Sales unit

5. Product Performance Management

  • Analyzing the profitability of existing tariffs and services
  • Price optimization in response to cost changes, and competitive dynamics
  • Tracking product KPIs and preparing regular performance reports.

6. Documentation & Standardization

  • Preparing business and commercial documentation for logistics services and prices.
  • Maintaining internal price lists and calculators.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills enabling building long-term strategies
  • Experience (perfect + 3 years) in managing product portfolio and delivery of parallel projects in logistics industries
  • Ability to make reasonable decisions in a dynamically changing environment and/or under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills that influence stakeholders; ability to explain the project vision in line with the company's overall goals and market needs
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent English
