Branch Manager
who will lead and expand our Poland branch, overseeing all freight forwarding operations, driving business development and managing P&L. The role requires strong leadership, sales and operational expertise, and a proven record in growing logistics operations and will share our values and become part of our friendly M9 Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage branch operations with a primary focus on road freight, followed by airfreight (and ocean freight as required).
  • Drive business growth through new client acquisition and long-term customer retention.
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Oversee P&L, budgeting, and cost control to ensure branch profitability.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in freight forwarding/logistics, with solid exposure to road and air freight (ocean freight experience is an advantage).
  • Proven expertise in operations management, sales/business development, and P&L responsibility.
  • Strong ability in business development, sales forecasting, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent leadership, management abilities, and client relationship skills.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (Russian is a plus).
