With more than 30 years of experience and more than 150 projects developed, Cyclops is a specialist in industrial project management, and is happy to have realized (international) projects for companies such as AB InBev, GSK, Arcelor Mittal, Tessenderlo Group and Pfizer.

We are currently looking for a JUNIOR
PROJECT MANAGER
, to support our expansion in Poland.

ABOUT THE JOB:

  • As a Junior Project Manager/Engineer you will be responsible or support in industrial projects and ensure that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget.
  • You will organize your work and ensure that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget.
  • You will act as Owner's representative for our clients or will be part of a bigger project team.
  • The projects you will be involved in as a Project Manager comprise a variety of industries such as Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, FMCG, Metallurgy, etc.

WHAT WE NEED:

  • You have a Master's degree in Industrial, Chemical, Bio- or Civil engineering.
  • A first experience in project environment is a plus.
  • With your outstanding people and communication skills you succeed in getting the best out of the project teams, which includes suppliers, users, maintenance staff, etc.
  • You have a proactive "make-it-happen" mentality.
  • You are resilient and like to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have an eye for detail and execute projects and tasks with precision.
  • You are flexible to travel within a reasonable distance to the client.
  • Experience with Office Suite and Microsoft Project is a plus
  • You speak fluently Polish and English. Dutch and French are a plus.
