The Role

We are seeking a creative, ambitious, and tech-savvy Graphic Designer to join our Global Content Excellence team in Krakow. In this role, you will design visuals that not only look great but also inspire, engage, and connect with audiences worldwide. From digital campaigns and motion graphics to sleek presentations and printed materials, you will play a key role in shaping how our brands are perceived on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create eye-catching visuals and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, InDesign).
  • Develop interface designs and prototypes in Figma.
  • Explore and apply AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway) to drive creativity and streamline workflows.
  • Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Design professional and engaging PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Adapt and localize creative assets for various markets and audiences globally.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
  • Curiosity and openness to experimenting with AI design tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Passion for learning and staying ahead of trends in digital design, AI, and UX.

Background & Experience

  • 2–3 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency or creative environment.
  • Experience producing both digital and print assets.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, formats, and creative best practices.
  • Proven track record of turning concepts into polished, impactful designs.
  • Experience working with different brand identities and guidelines.
  • Great communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (experience with Asana is a plus).
