For our financial department we are currently looking for Cash Collection Junior Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the cash collection process, maintaining positive relationships with customers, and ensuring timely payments.

Your Responsibilities
Zakres obowiązków i wymagania:

  • Monitoring customer accounts and identifying overdue payments.
  • Contacting clients by email and phone to follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Registering incoming payments and updating customer records.
  • Cooperating closely with internal departments (Accounting, Sales, Customer Service) to resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Preparing reports on collection status and overdue balances.
  • Supporting month-end closing activities.

Your Skills And Expertise

  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Ability to manage tasks effectively and work within deadlines.
  • Previous experience in finance, collections, or customer service will be an advantage.
