Internal Audit Specilaist

In Poland, we have been operating since 1991, and since 2018 as Raiffeisen Bank International AG (Joint Stock Company) Branch in Poland. Our statutory activities primarily focus on servicing foreign currency loans and mortgage loans. Currently, our branch employs over 400 people.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits within the organizational units of the Branch
  • Independently carrying out audit tasks, including developing the audit plan and schedule for the area under review, conducting audit tests, and analyzing issues before starting the audit
  • Participate in the preparation of the annual audit plan
  • Represent the team during the audit process and address audit-related questions, including reconciling audit findings
  • Monitoring the implementation of audit findings and conducting verification activities
  • Working in a small team

Requirements:

  • Higher education in finance, banking, or related fields
  • Experience in conducting audits in Retail Banking, Credit Risk (including models), or experience in Accounting
  • Knowledge of International Internal Audit Standards
  • Proficiency in English and Polish
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Diligence, accountability, independence, and responsibility
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment
  • Strong communication skills, proactivity, and relationship-building ability
  • Openness to hybrid work from the office in Warsaw (every week)
  • Eligibility to work in Poland (we do not support relocation or work permit atm)
