Junior Delivery Operations Specialist

Your responsibilities

  • Project allocation & capacity planning
  • Participation in (and later facilitation of) weekly staffing meetings
  • Verification of project backlog and demand
  • Monitoring team capacity and project pipeline
  • Certification management
  • Purchasing, distributing, and settling certification vouchers (Salesforce and other platforms)
  • Monitoring voucher usage to avoid expiration
  • Updating certification data in internal systems
  • Supporting employees with access, voucher, and certification-related queries
  • Operational & administrative support
  • Leading onboarding sessions focused on time reporting
  • Purchasing anniversary and farewell gifts for employees
  • Internal communication related to team events and Salesforce community updates

Our requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
  • Clear communication across various departments – from sales and delivery teams to senior leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude
  • English language min. B2

This role combines several areas, including team management support, project resource allocation optimization, team performance data analysis, collaboration with team leaders, as well as operational and administrative responsibilities.
