Our internal systems, including Webfleet and our proprietary platforms, help us keep the fleet safe, compliant and fully operational across all branches.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Operations Junior to support our central Fleet Operations team.
This role is hands-on and operational - focused on data accuracy, vehicle checks, and daily coordination with our branches.

If you enjoy organised work, system updates, working with numbers, and supporting smooth day-to-day processes, this role is a great fit.

Your role

  • Performing regular fleet checks and verifying the condition of vehicles

  • Monitoring driver behaviour and safety indicators (OptiDrive)

  • Updating and maintaining data in Webfleet, including sending relevant alerts

  • Coordinating and organising fleet data within our FleetCheck database

  • Working closely with branches to collect information and ensure data accuracy

  • Supporting the Fleet Operations team in daily tasks and ongoing initiatives

  • Spotting inconsistencies and proactively flagging issues connected with vehicles or data

  • Helping keep our operational standards high as the fleet grows


Requirements

  • First experience in an office, administrative or operational role (e.g. reception, office assistant)

  • Nice to have: basic understanding of fleet operations or working with operational systems

  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and multiple systems

  • Clear communication skills and a cooperative mindset

  • Proactive attitude and readiness to take ownership of tasks
